How it works
Add the event, then a contributor for each act or promoter. Each gets a private link with their own allocation and a cutoff time.
No login, no app. They open the link, add names and plus-ones, and can see what’s left. It locks automatically at the cutoff.
Search a name, tap IN. Parties with plus-ones can arrive in bits (“2 of 3 in”), step out and come back. Every door phone updates instantly.
The whole venue shares one password. Each phone asks for a name once, so you always know who added, edited or let someone in.
Allocations counted in heads including plus-ones, automatic cutoffs, and links you can switch off or replace in one tap.
Partial plus-ones, re-entry and walk-ups. Live counts for who’s inside, who’s arrived and who hasn’t shown.
VIPs are highlighted gold on every door screen, and everyone gets an alert the moment one arrives.
Copy a column straight out of Excel, Sheets or an email. “Jane Smith +2” just works. Export to CSV for settlement.
Each venue only ever sees its own lists. Nothing is public, nothing is indexed by search engines, and there’s no tracking.
